Monsoon Indigo Saree
This saree is dipped and re-dipped in natural indigo vats over seven days, building a depth of blue that shifts like storm clouds. The border features tiny batik dots applied by hand — over two thousand per metre. Lightweight and breathable, it drapes like water and improves with every wash.
The Story Behind
Katong’s indigo dyers have traded their cloth across the South China Sea for centuries. Each saree carries the salt-wind memory of that maritime heritage.
